   消防泵控制柜简介-----


             

   一、功能



,2,控制柜应满足系统的功能及控制要求。 3,控制屏应用中文和英文显示各项工作参数。 4,柜内动力线相色规定:相线 L1(A相)黄色
相线 L2(B相)绿色 相线 L3(C相)红色 零线 浅蓝色 接地线 黄绿双色
5,柜内动力线排列次序:从柜前看,从上到下,从左到右,从里到外,相线均按L1、L2、
L3的次序排列。
6, 应有对水泵电动机的保护功能,如:过载、过压、短路、缺相欠压、过热等,并有声
光报警功能,但仅提供报警功能,不允许跳闸。
7, 设有阻力损失补偿功能,并能通过外部参数(如温度、时间、海拔高度和流量)对设定
值进行调节。
8, 具有进行就地手动操作(可对单个泵测试)和数字远程控制功能,包括装置的开停等。  控制柜能清晰地显示水泵运行和故障情况,并发出声光报警信号。能用LCD显示系统
相关参数。
9,具有对系统的监视功能,即对测量值(压力、流量)最大、最小值的限制。  具有通讯总线功能。
10,每台控制柜应提供以下无源触点信号及接口端子,并具有将每台水泵的运行和故障的
无源触点信号传至消防报警系统的功能。  由消防报警系统通过无源触点信号控制消防水泵的启停。
11, 每台消防水泵手动/自动开关状态信号(通过无源触点信号)传至消防报警系统。  每台消防水泵启/停状态信号(通过无源触点信号)传至消防报警系统。  每台消防水泵故障信号(通过无源触点信号)传至消防报警系统。  控制柜内应根据功能要求留有足够的端子,并预留25%的空端子。
消防水泵控制柜中应为消防报警系统预留无源触电信号,投标人有责任协调并确定无源触点信号接点的预留位置。

12,自动喷淋水泵控制柜应可接受泵组出口水管上的压力传感器的压力变送信号,当压力低于稳压泵启动压力值时,控制柜发出指令开启稳压泵,当系统达到压力设定值时,关闭稳压泵;当压力低于自动喷淋主泵启动的压力值时,控制柜发出指令开启自动喷淋主泵,给喷淋系统提供达到设计值的足够的水量。

  要求及规定

消防泵组控制系统由微机程序和电路控制,电控箱将控制装置的全部工作状态,并通过“检查控制系统”对整个装置进行检查,一旦发生故障将发出声光报警信号。 投标人所供装置应有两种工作状态,即自检和紧急情况。

电器的一般规定
1.塑壳断路器
塑壳断路器应按IEC898标准设计制造,额定电压应不小于440V,额定短路电流不小于35kA,具有短路瞬时,过载延时及接地故障保护。保护倍数10~14。 塑壳断路器采用手动操作并带负荷热过载及短路瞬时脱扣器,特殊要求时可设计成遥控分励脱扣器,带附件及辅助设备。 2.微型断路器
微型断路器应按IEC 898标准设计制造,额定电压不小于440V,额定开断电流应不小于10kA,机械寿命不小于20000次,具有短路瞬时、过载延时保护。 3. 接触器
接触器为户内使用的空气开断型电磁机械开关,应符合下列标准:(1)  IEC947-4-1 低压开关及控制设备
(2) IEC158-3 低压控制设备第一部分:接触器
(3) IEC445 用字母数字符号识别电气接线端子和接线标记统一通用原则 所有接触器应能在通电持续率为60%,且使用类别为AC3时,能不间断或间断地正常运行。接触器额定操作电压应不小于440V。 额定的操作电流应不小于启动时的额定操作电流。
接触器采用积木式结构,应易于调换线圈及触头。接触器的试验位置应为常开,且在任意的安装位置均可正常操作,所有端子从正面连接。 4.热继电器
热继电器应满足IEC947-4-1有关条款的要求。
投标人应提供时间电流特性曲线。曲线公差应不超过±10%。 热继电器的整定电流范围宜包含电动机的额定电流。

10. Each control cabinet shall be provided with the following passive contact signals and interface terminals, and shall be equipped with

12. The automatic spray water pump control cabinet shall be able to accept the pressure transmission signal from the pressure sensor on the outlet water pipe of the pump set. When the pressure is lower than the starting pressure of the stabilized pressure pump, the control cabinet will send a command to start the stabilized pressure pump, When the system reaches the pressure setting value, close the stabilized pressure pump; when the pressure is lower than the starting pressure value of the automatic spray main pump, the control cabinet sends out a command to start the automatic spray main pump to provide the spray system with enough water to reach the design value.



Requirements and regulations



The control system of fire pump unit is controlled by microcomputer program and circuit. The electric control box will control all working conditions of the device and check the whole device through "check control system". Once there is a fault, it will send out an audible and visual alarm signal. The equipment provided by the tenderer shall have two working states, namely self inspection and emergency.



General provisions for electrical appliances

1. Molded case circuit breaker

The molded case circuit breaker shall be designed and manufactured according to iec898 standard, with rated voltage not less than 440V, rated short-circuit current not less than 35ka, and short-circuit instantaneous, overload delay and ground fault protection. The protection ratio is 10-14. The molded case circuit breaker adopts manual operation and thermal overload and short-circuit instantaneous release with load. It can be designed as remote control shunt release with accessories and auxiliary equipment in case of special requirements. 2. Miniature circuit breaker

Miniature circuit breakers shall be designed and manufactured according to IEC 898 standard, with rated voltage not less than 440V, rated breaking current not less than 10kA, mechanical life not less than 20000 times, and short-circuit instantaneous and overload delay protection. 3. contactor

The contactor is an indoor air breaking electromagnetic mechanical switch, which shall meet the following standards: (1) iec947-4-1 low voltage switch and control equipment

(2) Iec158-3 low voltage control equipment Part 1: Contactors

(3) Iec445 uses alphanumeric symbols to identify electrical terminals and wiring marks. All contactors shall be able to operate normally without interruption or interruption when the power on duration is 60% and the use category is AC3. The rated operating voltage of contactor shall not be less than 440V. The rated operating current shall not be less than the rated operating current at startup.

The contactor adopts the building block structure, which is easy to change the coil and contact. The test position of the contactor shall be normally open, and it can operate normally at any installation position. All terminals shall be connected from the front. 4. Thermal relay

The thermal relay shall meet the requirements of iec947-4-1.

The tenderer shall provide time current characteristic curve. Curve tolerance shall not exceed ± 10%. The setting current range of thermal relay should include the rated current of motor.
